How Do I Change My Password?

How to reset your password

• Log into your account. (If you cannot remember your password, please click here. If you think your account was hacked, please click here.)

• Click the gear-icon located at the upper-right corner of the site

• In the pop-up menu, select the Settings option

• Click the Change Password button (the icon that looks like a pencil and paper)

• Enter your current Roblox password

• Enter your new password twice for confirmation purposes

• Verify the account's email address. For assistance with this process click here.

Note: A password must be between 8-20 characters in length and contain at least 2 numbers, 4 letters (both capital and lowercase), and 1 symbol (such as !). For added security, make sure your password has not been used on other websites. Enable 2-step verification (2SV)
